1866 20cts Cifras largest usage on cover.

The cover shown above is franked with six examples of the 20c perforated Cifras and they are tied by the double ring Montevideo datestamp 20 May 76. The cover is addressed to Tacuarembo and pays the 1Peso 20cts certified (registered) letter rate.

The rate can be broken down as a quadruple letter rate at 5c per 7.5 grammes with a registration fee of 100c for up to 30 grammes, for a total of 1P20c. The cover has four examples of the boxed oval “CERTIFICADO” handstamp as well as an additional single ring Montevideo datestamp 21 May 76.

Upon delivery, the cover was signed by the receipient on the inside leaf of the letter (the reverse of the address panel), and the outer wrapper was retained by the post office as proof of delivery.

This cover represents the largest franked certified cover that I own. Does anyone have any similar franked covers?
